I don't think I'd take another dose until a few hours later. I believe I read that you can increase dosage if on occasions you are feeling extremely week or extremely hungry. You'll be okay. Don't waste your energy being angry at yourself. Sometimes I have forgotten to take the drops until a few hours later even. ...
