Losing Before 30

P3: D1

Rate this Entry
Even with falling off the band wagon to good wine, I'm happy to be moving into P3. These past 40 days has been filled with mental realizations, and a great journey towards becoming a healthier me. I'm glad to have had so much great support here on the forums, as well as a few family members, and I look forward to more rounds in the future. Hopefully, I can plan a vacation soon after my second round so I can see some of my family.

After my first 72 hours of getting hCG out of my system, I'll post my final statistics. So far it's only been 13 hours and I'm already hungry! Can't wait to enjoy was bacon and avocado again!

Wine! You're so close to the fun stretch. Full of fatty, fatty goodness with your meat and cheeeeeese! I'm really excited to see how you stabilize and what foods become your favorites.

Boo hiss on the hunger front. Hopefully time flies by and you can sink your teeth into some juicy food with a gusto. Are you planning a meal plan for your first week? I found a lot of success with having a plan and after my first week, I felt confident enough to go rogue.

No plans so far, mostly eggs/bacon/avocado for breakfast, then I'm usually not hungry for lunch, and plan on meat/veggies for dinner like in P2 but more portion. I can't wait to put fruit back in!
