Yesterday's Day 2, 8/1: Steak Day

Woke up, took my L-Carnitine and went to the gym.
The problem with Steak Days is that you're not supposed to take a large percentage of vitamins/supplements on an empty stomach, so I took a dose at 4pm with my 16oz. ribeye and apple.
I took 500g of L-Carnitine and two digestive enzymes before having my steak at 4pm (11.5 hours of being awake).
I drank a total of ~12oz. of water and later had 3tsp of Natural Calm at 6:00pm.
Scale reading this morning? 166.5. My scale doesn't move in 0.2 increments, so it's not completely exact, but I'll take it.
That's another 3.5lb. loss!
Day 3 (today) is a high-protein day. I've already had my L-Carnitine, 3.5oz of chicken thighs, and my supplements. I've weighed and baggied my chicken portions for the rest of the day. To be honest, I'm just using chicken because I cooked up a bunch of it on Friday and it's just been going bad in my fridge
I might have tuna or steak for dinner.
