i cheated and had to skip a dose and couldn't weigh today.

i cheated last night, caesar salad and brownies. and again today, fish cooked with olive oil and cookies. at least i didn't have any alcohol. i was away from home.

i'm back in control now, and i'm not too upset but the scale is gonna reflect this tomorrow and i'm not looking forward to it.

from the research that i did the best thing to do is to get myself back into ketosis as quickly as possible, which means all protein tomorrow, protein with veggies the day after and adding the fruit back in day after that but only grapefruit. i'll have to have some senna tea at night to keep everything moving and i'll have to have extra water, but i think that'll do it. i hope to be back on track losing properly tuesday morning.

i also skipped a dose this morning. (again, i was away from home) i'll be skipping a dose every saturday until the end of my round, as P&I says i should, and i may lengthen my round which is not suggested in P&I. i'm not sure if you can do that, but as long as i'm not really really hungry then it should be fine. that's the first sign of immunity. so at the first sign, i'll end the HCG and do the transition days to P3. as far as my goal is concerned, i have 127 in my ticker because i'm not sure if i can lose more than that, but if i can get down to 117, that would be ideal. yesterday i weighed in at 145.2 and today is vlcd11 so i have a good amount of time, i just have to keep myself under control and on protocol.

well, i hope i haven't gained too much tomorrow. gotta go do some exercise and drink some water.
