  1. VLCD without shot

    Okay, so I lost 2 lbs yesterday bringing me .4 lbs above my goal weight for this round. I am soooo tempted to try to stabilize at that weight. If I lose another 3lbs in the next two days, I just might try, but I won't stress out about it.

  2. Last injection day

    Well I had my last injection today. I was getting so tired of poking myself. I am 2.6 pounds above my first round goal but that's okay. This brings my total loss to 22.4 lbs. My body looks so different. I will take my update pic on Saturday. I'm wondering if I should go ahead and post pics now or wait till I finish my next round. I wished more people would post their results pics to motivate others so maybe I will.

  3. VLCD 39: Good and Great News

    GOOD NEWS: So I did my weekly weigh in on Saturday and I only lost TWO pounds...
    GREAT NEWS: I measured my waist and I lost another inch...in one week! So far I've lost 3 inches from my waist in my first round. If I can lose just one more inch during P3, another 2 to 3 inches in R2 then I will be soooo happy. This diet is amazing.

    I have two more shot days and then I'll officially begin P3 on Saturday. I am hoping to lose another couple pounds which will bring me to a few pounds ...

  4. VLCD 36: The end is near and I feel so sexy!

    My weekly weigh in is tomorrow and I'm so excited to see what the scale reveals. I also can't wait for P3 so I can up my protein and really go hard at the gym. I tried Piloxing last night (Pilates and Kickboxing) and it was awesome. Of course I wasn't saying it was awesome during the last 15 minutes when we were doing the standing side crunches for what seemed like forever but my abs are burning so good right now! I will probably make that a once a week alternative to the gym.

  5. VLCD 32: Almost there!

    So I finally caved in and got on the scale on Saturday. I made it to 170 whoop whoop! I might actually make it to my 165 goal for my first round despite cheating with the fruit juices for those two days I was sick. I'll weigh myself again on Saturday and see what this week brings me. I can't wait to see the 160s! Two more weeks to go, P3 here I come!

  6. VLCD 27: A big hurdle to overcome

    Wow, what a week. The hubby and I caught this horrible bug Sunday night. I don't know if it was something we ate because we both ate two different meals. Not to get into too much detail, but we were basically cleansing our bodies from both ends

    Luckily my little one wasn't affected. On Monday I couldn't eat anything on protocol and my mom kept saying eat some crakers and toast. I knew she was right, but I also knew that would have been a horrible combination with the HCG. What ...

  7. Vlcd 21

    I still haven't had the nerve to step on the scale. I was a little depressed earlier this week because of my period. I thought it was going to mess me up because I got the Implanon insert (birth control) in December. One of the potential side effects is a prolonged menstrual cycle up to 6 months! Well I am a little higher in spirits because it seems to be dwindling down like it normally does so we'll see. I'm still not getting on the scale anytime soon.

  8. VLCD 18: Blah, blah, blah

    The scale is my enemy, I didn't even look at it today. My Aunt Flo is in town and I'm still struggling with my water intake. Somedays, I'm good; other days, not so much, but I'm sick of talking about it. I'm just going to continue my diet, drink as much water as I can, continue working out and I'll weigh myself whenever. 22+ days to go, lets get it.

  9. VLCD 14: Slow and Steady

    Down another .6lbs. Not what I wanted, but I'll take it. I started drinking like a mad woman yesterday getting my first two liters down in record time, but I never touched the third. What a shame.

    I notice my body loves to lose in .4 and .6 increments. If I keep this up I'll be hitting my first goal this round. Fingers crossed...now where's that water bottle.

  10. VLCD13: What a workout!!

    I think I had one of the best workouts I've had in a while last night. Even with the VLCD I seem to be getting stronger. I love lifting weights and its funny to see all the guys around me notice that I'm trimming up...don't tell the hubby I even had one of the regular guys approach me saying "good job, keep it up!" Talk about MOTIVATION!

    As for the scale I finally broke into the 170s, barely, but I'll take it! I lost .8lbs, the .4lb gain from yesterday and another .4lb. ...
