  3. The food is starting to get bland

    Not as motivated as i was when i started, eating chicken every day is started to stink. im almost never hungry but i know i have got to eat atleast lunch and dinner... I wish i was a bit more motivated, im very emotional on hcg (just like a pregnant woman i guess)

  4. Being a picky eater is not fun, help?

    So on the diet plan i must follow i am only allowed to eat chicken, white fish, shrimp, crab and lobster. The problom is i dislike fish very much! I dont want to only eat chicken twice a day for the next 41 days! any intresting recipes? I see that everyone on this forum has diffrent do's and dont's then my diet. Im only allowed to eat certain veggies or a salad with no dressing with my protein every night. I am on day 3 of P2 and i already started to feel as if im missing out on all the delicious ...

    Last night for dinner i ate only HALF of a light ceaser grilled chicken salad, would that be considered cheating? i only ate half of it?

  6. Does working out increase weight loss?

    I know ive been told theres no need for the gym on the hcg shot but if i did work out while on the 500 calorie diet and my shot would it increase my chances of loosing more weight? Cant wait to hear from yall!!

  7. Little scared! Newbie! does the weight stay off long term?

    Im new to this starting on monday 4/30/12 ive always had not the greatest eating habbits even though i only ate twice a day, but im motivated to eat healthy and stick to the plan! im really skeptical on if the weight lost stays off long term?
