Is eating HALF of a light ceaser salad cheating?

Last night for dinner i ate only HALF of a light ceaser grilled chicken salad, would that be considered cheating? i only ate half of it?

    Yes. Even one nibble that deviates from protocol is cheating.

    Read Weight Loss Apocalypse it will explain how this is not a diet and you can't just go off of it like another diet and expect it to change your metabolism. It is a little dry in parts but really worth reading. So just pick yourself back up and get back in the game and do the work. Read Pounds and Inches too.

    Did you take the croutons off? If you did, then you just cheated a little. Don't beat yourself up and get back on the wagon.

    Oh man ;/ all im allowed to eat is chicken, white fish, crab, and lobster and i hate seafood! and i do not like plain salad so finding things i like to eat has been hard ;(

    I do not like crutons so they were all off! =) it was just the salad, grilled chicken and VERY light dressing, thanks for making me feel better. the limited amount of foods i can eat is killing me since i am such a picky eater!
