The food is starting to get bland

Not as motivated as i was when i started, eating chicken every day is started to stink. im almost never hungry but i know i have got to eat atleast lunch and dinner... I wish i was a bit more motivated, im very emotional on hcg (just like a pregnant woman i guess)

    Im in the same boat as you are and it suuucks! All you can do is stick to it and watch the weight fall off. Try making a stew with chicken, chicken broth, seasonings and veggies! You can do it!

    Thanks! im on ALOT stricter of a diet then most of the other people in this forum but ill check to see if i can use chicken broth! Im SO much more limited on what im allowed to eat it sucks! But im trying!

    I made a soup tonight. I am EXTREMELY strictly on protocol. I don't use stocks. Just seasonings in water. I rough chopped an onion and a little garlic, seasoned the heck out of it. Cooked it til the onions were slightly translucent, threw in my chicken breast chunks, and after a few minutes added 1.5 cups of water. Let it simmer for 20 minutes. It was a nice change. I am on vlcd27 so i know what you mean about foods geting BORING!
    Also, it was so much i couldn't finish it. I made sure to eat the protein though.
