My journey to a hot bod! :)

Rate this Entry
So this is my first blog entry. I am VLCD12 and so far I've lost 11 pounds. Quick recap of all my weight gain? I am 24 years old, I had a baby, then my mother passed away, then I had another child, who was born with a disability and a heart condition. He is now almost 9 months old, had surgery 7 weeks ago to close the hole in his heart so he's doing great. But since I am an emotional eater, with all the stress over the span of 2.5 years I've gained alot of weight.

I started on June 15 weighing 216 pounds, woke up this morning at 205. Feels so good and I am so excited to almost be under 200, to "onederland" as everyone says haha. My highest motivation right now is to weigh less than my husband again. He is about 192, and for some reason it's my biggest depressor is that I weigh more than he does, when he's taller and a male. Just doesn't seem natural.

I am planning on doing a full 40 day round, using injections. I am pretty strict on protocol, although I do add some vegetables that arent on protocol, like I add zucchini as my veg for instance! Already dreaming of p3 eating. anyway, that's enough for now! Ttyl!

And let me tell you....you will be smiling from ear to ear all day long and everyone will be wondering what the heck you are so cheezy about! Good luck! I know! I already have my p3day1 meal plan in my head. I will probably need to do two rounds - as my ultimate goal is 150. I am 5'7 but even 150 is an ultra small weight for me bc of my large frame. My husband thankfully doesn't care how much I weigh, in fact he keeps telling me 150 is way too low, lol. I can't help but laugh that you typed infections unread of injections! Hahaha!

Congrats for getting under 200!!! Its just one of my mini-goals but it is a big step I think! I pretty much camped around 175-180 all throughout my life since high school and always though I was fat, but what I wouldn't give to be that size again! Haha
