Trucking along!

Hello all! Today is vlcd 14 and I've lost 12 pounds! Lost one pound overnight last night, which friggin rocks. weirdly enough, my kids are actually napping at the same time so I am clipping coupons while I eat my lunch. I made a little batch of "chili" with my lean ground beef, added some salt, pepper, garlic and onion and chili powder, ALOT of chili powder. a tablespoon of tomato paste and a few chives. It tastes really good! Wish I could eat all of it and not just my tiny serving, haha.

That's my issue with my weight- I really enjoy eating til I'm very full! I love healthy and good foods, but I want to eat alot of them. I think that's been the hardest thing for me throughout this whole process. I'm not hungry- but miss being full. It's all in my head so I just try to distract myself from thinking about it.

Here are my stats, just for future reference!

6/15: 216lbs
6/22: 207
6/29: 204 - I did have a cheat meal Saturday night. Unplanned, regret it to the fullest but mentally I was struggling and caved!


Ultimate Goal weight: 150lbs
Mini Goal #1: to get under 200- onederland!
mini goal #2: to weigh less than my husband (195)
Mini goal #3: 184 - weight I was when first got pregnant!
Mini goal #4: single digit sizes clothes!

    Nice mini goals. Do you have mini rewards when you hit these goals, if so what are they?!

    You know what, I haven't really decided! It's almost like reaching those goals are prizes enough themselves. You were The one getting the primal cookbooks right? I actually ate paleo for about 15 days, didn't lose much weight (due to my over eating) but I felt great and plan to go back to that once I reach my goal weight!

    How are your workouts going still? I honestly would
    pass out if I did anything more than a walk. I miss zumba

    Blah I'm on my phone and accidentally posted early, but anyway, when I weigh less than my husband, I'm going to go get my nails done! I always feel guilty spending money on myself but by then I will have lost 20 pounds and think I'd deserve it. If/when I get to 180, I am going to buy a new outfit, complete with shoes. After having kids I have zero shoes that fit! My feet have grown and gotten fat haha!
