Had a clinic visit yesterday to renew my hcg. The office scale measures me 1.4 lbs lighter than my home scale. That made me happy! Best part is having my hcg approved for another round which I start loading July 3rd. Going to take advantage of the holiday to eat a bun and the coconut cake I've been dreaming of. I love p3/4 and have something to look forward to when p2 starts to wear on me. Best to all in your journey.

    Wee, that's always a good sign when your doctor's scale reads lower! Me, I always weigh like 3 pounds heavier whenever I go to the doctor. Probably because I weigh myself sans garments in the morning and I'm fully clothed whenever other people weigh me... which I think is unfair. Let me tell you what I weigh--not that stupid scale that probably hasn't been calibrated in a month. :P

    But anyway, sounds like this July you'll get to have your cake and eat it too! I'll be going up to stay with my folks for a week (during my birthday, too) so I'll probably get a little naughty while I'm in P4... but I'll be bringing my scale with me to keep me honest!

    Hi Miley. Sounds like you have some fun planned. I was naughty last night with a handful of chips. For me that's a big mistake. I already know I can't tolerate processed carbs like that. Are you done now, or will there be a vanity round?

    Yeah, I can always count on a gain if I overdo the processes stuff. >_< I'm starting to develop a negative association with all of the junk I used to love, so that's a good thing!

    I've got one more round left to go! 156 is still too heavy for a 5'4" munchkin like me; 145 will put me right at the tippy-top of the "normal" BMI range, so I'm planning to get down to 126 or wherever I look/feel good. I guess that makes it a half-legit, half-vanity round?

    Haha! Yes it's half and half. I'm hoping I only have one more round, but 145 lbs is my goal. Right now I'm 183 lbs so I will have to do another or and extended off protocol round to get there. My super secret goal is 135 lbs, my pre-last child weight. But I'm 7 years older and need to be realistic. You are so close to normal BMI! You have done so well!
