I got used to the 500ish cals a day but I feel alot better now. I added some unsalted dry roasted almond and doubled my protein portions. I am still trying to figure out how I will be eating during this phase. My LDW was 175. I was 179 yesterday (ate bread sunday ) and 178.4 today. I guess I need to maintain 177 lbs

    IM NEW TO THIS SITE BUT NOT HCG; I HAVE 6 DAYS LEFT ON MY P3 - ITS A STRUGGLE FOR ME ... BUT I ENDED LOWER THAN I INTENDED SO I AM TRYING TO MAINTAIN THE GOAL WEIGHT I STRIVED FOR...

    YOU SHOULD TRY TO STAY W/IN 2 LBS (+ OR - ) FROM YOUR LDW; SO FOR YOU YOU'D WANT TO STAY WITHIN 173-177.

    I EAT A LOT OF SALTED ALMONDS ("ITS LIKE MY OWN BRAND OF HEROINE" LOL) ... THEY DON'T SEEM TO EFFECT MY IF I DRINK ENUF WATER (ABOUT 100OZ A DAY).

    Yea, I think bread is a killer for most of us. And I so love bread. Sounds like u're doing it correctly, especially with upping the protein portions. Can't wait till I get to p3!
