P3 is a bit of a scale rollercoaster

So I hit P3 pretty hard - lots of fats & cocoa crack (more fat). (That's what I crave the most, and I also think the lack of fats is what makes me so irritable on hcg.)

Anyway - I was up SEVEN lbs in the first 4 days of P3. By the time I hit my highest, (5 lbs over LIW) I was feeling like a total failure. Last time going into P3, I felt much more in control, but this time I kinda lost it - and I also went out and got good and drunk the first two nights!

UGH. I was beating myself up pretty hard and I was worried I might have to raise my LIW, but here I am 4 days later, just below LIW, thankfully! I didn't even do anything special (like steak or protein days). Let's hope it sticks. I wouldn't mind stabilizing under LIW either!

I went out last night and totally caught an old friend checking me out. Or maybe not checking me out, but more likely being curious about what was different about me. Ummm minus 55 lbs and 40 inches, buster!!! Haahahahaha! Love it.

    Absolutely gotta love it! Good for you. And good for you not panicking, but still going back down. Lot was probably the alcohol.
