    I don't know about the rest of you that are nearing the end of your phase two...but I want to be PREPARED when I hit the big city lights of Phase 3! So tonight I tried another recipe. I have recovered from last night's mutant cookie disaster and have moved on.

  7. GAINED 1.1 lbs by upping my protein by 50gr and skipping fruit by forum's advice..

    GAINED 1.1 lbs by upping my protein by 50gr and skipping fruit by forum's advice..but here's the fine print: I ate that extra protein with *extra vegetable* which was scallions with a lot of salt to suppress hunger. I didn't have any BM for over 9 days now. However 1.1 lbs GAIN...!!!!!

    Please any informed advice will be greatly appreciated. To give you more insight here are my numbers as below:

    Pre-load (BL): 152.7
    vlcd:1 (after-load) (AL): 154.5 (175 IU) ...

  8. Back to basics

    So I thought I'd keep check of myself and start this blog.

    First, a bit about me for those who are interested, LOL!

    Here are my current weight stats:
    5 July 2010: 193.5 lbs (1st loading day)
    6 July 2010: 196 lbs (2nd loading day)
    7 July 2010: 196 lbs (day 1 VLCD)
    8 July 2010: 190 lbs (day 2 VLCD)

    I am a 34 year old 5'10" Dutch female, living and working in Germany.

  9. Frenemies on the hCG Protocol: DO NOT TRUST These "Helpers" in P2 and P3...or even P4

    Recently, I saw a post from someone who was doing a few things "off protocol." Part of this was due to being hoodwinked, part of this may have been due to her personal ambivalence to stay on protocol. Whatever the reason, she is one of many folks I've seen make these mistakes. So, I'm listing these "frenemies" here -- they're things you should not trust as helpers when on the hCG Protocol or beyond it in Phase 4 (lifetime maintenance), even though they claim otherwise.

  10. oopsie rolls...all recipes found online...none are my creations

    Hey all!

    It's great to see everyone doing so well in body and spirit!

    I spent a good part of the day in the P3 thread and gained a huge amount of information about what to do, some fantastic looking recipes, etc. and I thought I'd share one recipe that should satisfy my fellow bread loving friends (Val LOL).
