Homeopathic acne remedies.... very interesting to peruse later. The key is to find the description below that fits you and your situation best, and then make a note of the one that sounds second best. Try the first one for a few days. If there is no improvement, you can try the second best choice. Sometimes more than one remedy will sound 'close' but not perfect, so we have to do the process of elimination. Go down the list of possibles, in order, until you find something ...
I don't know about the rest of you that are nearing the end of your phase two...but I want to be PREPARED when I hit the big city lights of Phase 3! So tonight I tried another recipe. I lost exactly what I needed to lose to be back at my LIW -- an amazing 2.6 lbs!!! I've discovered how others may be able to use this correction day method, known as the "Chicken Thigh Day" (or, "CTD" for short). A Steak Day (SD) didn't work for me; I lost only .8 lbs, then gained back double that amount the very next day. Recently, I saw a post from someone who was doing a few things "off protocol." Part of this was due to being hoodwinked, part of this may have been due to her personal ambivalence to stay on protocol. Whatever the reason, she is one of many folks I've seen make these mistakes. So, I'm listing these "frenemies" here -- they're things you should not trust as helpers when on the hCG Protocol or beyond it in Phase 4 (lifetime maintenance), even though they claim otherwise. ...

They're called Oopsie Rolls and extremely P3 friendly! Oopsie Rolls (a P3 recipe) 3 large eggs, divided 3 ...
