Lets get ready to rumble!!!!!!!! VLCD1 Round 2

Ok, so today is VLCD 1 for me and so far so good! I came up with a little trick that's been working. Whenever the thought to snack or cheat enters my mind, I write it down to eat later. So far, I have caramel frappachino, sangria and of course ice cream! That's it!

Has anyone used chia seeds before. I've been adding them to my smoothies after reading about the huge benefits. I actually enjoy the texture. I will be checking in more often while on P2.

    Blak - I think I am going to try for 30 days, I may do a PI around July 4th as we might go for a short trip to FL to see a friend. Just 3 days...but I need to be on P3 by July 10th...so I can be thru that phase by the time my daughter arrives the first week of Aug. Honestly right now, not craving anything, thanks to the headache ... must not have loaded enough
