Jumped on the scale this morning, and I'm happy to report that 2.5 lbs are gone! What a nice surprise.

This morning I thought I'd share my injection routine.

First off, the way I mixed my 5000 bottle of Ovidac was using the 10ccs of water, not 5. This way when I pull it up into the syringe, the dosage is very clear. I pull it up to the 3 line and inject right into my "momma's apron.".

The hCG is stored in the fridge, in a small Tupperware container with a lid. I place wadded paper towels around the vial to brace it upright. This way it stays cold and doesn't get knocked around too much by my two hungry boys when they're rummaging for a snack.

My hCg came from safemeds4all, and the injection supplies from Missouri Medical Supplies. All together, under $100.
