Did you stay on the 500 calories and the food list? I am wondering BC i will be at that point soon. You may want to check some old posts. There isn't any question in my head that I could not find the answer to. I am learning a lot! Is this your first round? How did you do?

Hi, Well i did a tuna day yesterday and I am down 3.8 pounds just 2 more pounds till my LIW.. Yes I did 500 calories but then I had nuts and cheese I will never do that again. This is my second round I lost 52 pounds so far, Stay strong you can do it..
