Hello,

Tommorrow will P4 for me I miss the gym so much I need my cardio.
I was wondering if anyone gained from going back to working out? I have read so many thing that people gain from working out.
I am also wondering if i could lose a little more weight without doing another round? I just feel somuch better when i work out!!!! Please help!!

    P4 is def the time to start working out, im not sure if ill be able to wait that long, may start halfway through p3, but I completely understand missing the gym, and you can absilutley still lose at the gym, just know that it will take longer than hcg.

    As long as you continue eating on plan, you shouldn't worry about gaining while working out. When working out and eating right, the numbers on the tape measure are more important than the numbers on the scale. Working out will cause you to gain some muscle which weighs more than fat. But it will help you burn more fat. And since a pound of muscle is less mass than a pound of fat, you will lose inches even though you may gain weight. I started working out in my 3rd week of P3 and in the past two weeks the scale has gone up about 1.6 lbs over my ldw, but I have lost 2 inches in my belly and over 2 inches in my rear.
