I was wondering when u cycle can u lose more weight during phase 3? I need to lose about 50 lbs I did do a full phase 1,2,3,4 sometime last year. So if someone can help that did this already. Thank you to anyone who ansewers 😃
Hello, Tommorrow will P4 for me I miss the gym so much I need my cardio. I was wondering if anyone gained from going back to working out? I have read so many thing that people gain from working out. I am also wondering if i could lose a little more weight without doing another round? I just feel somuch better when i work out!!!! Please help!! Thanks

Hi, I am on day 12 of P3 and I was wondering if anyone has used a little I Can't Believe It's Not Butter , I really dont want to keep using real butter with my egg whites in the morning, it just to much fat for me in one day. My weight has stabilized great in P3. Thank you
Hi, Today is day 10 of P3 and I am doing great, yesterday I finally went back to the gym and only did 30 min on the elliptical and i am up 3 lbs. But still in range of LIW my question is should i do a protein day to lose a pound or two then work out again tommorrow and ech time i am up keep doing protein days?? OH and when should i be able to excerise without any gains? In P4 I just need my cardio back thanks you your help... I miss the gym so much..
On the back of the Romaine Lettuce it said it has sugar in it. I just started P3 would that be ok to eat? I did eat it in P2 but I just noticed it today.
Hi, I only can do 13 day of injections this time, I was talking to someone and she said if I dont do 20 or the 40 days I will gain when I start P3, is this true? Or is it called cycling? What if i stick to p2 foods and add more veggies and protein no fat fow the first week. Please Help
OK please see below does this mean I can have a little fat like butter with my eggs but the rest of the day just have protein and veggies and no sugar, fruit? when they say no carbs they mean breads ,ect not vegges with carbs??
