P4 Anyone???

Again I turn to my blog buddies because I get so much more input here than on the forum.
Mom is OFFICIALLY in P4 now. I am so proud of her! She has stabilized within a pound of her LIW and is so excited.
She's wondering what she can eat now in P4. I am totally rogue, so I eat what I feel like when I feel like it once i get to that point, but she is very BY THE BOOK. She won't stray from the recipe whatsoever. Lol I know I ran across something once that was a list of foods to start out with on P4. I also saw a list one time of foods on the glycemic index, and explained it like - choose from List 1 for a week. Then choose from List 2 for a week, etc.
Does anyone have any idea what I'm talking about and know where to find it?!

    I thought P4 was eating everything but SLOWING returning the sugar and starches back in to see how your body reacts to certain ones? Sheee-uuut, I am just looking forward to P3! Congrats to your Mom for doing so well!

    Smashie is right, it's just a matter of introducing starches and sugars back into your diet gradually. The scales will tell you if you are particularly sensitive to a certain food. Absolutely congrats to Mom, Job well done!

    btw, you could probably google glycemic index and have a lot of information come up about that. Print it out, I mean I'm sure there are books about it, but probably find that information off the internet for free!
