Still losing

I am going into my second week of P3. Is it normal for me to still be losing? I have increased my calories to 1500 and I am still losing 1 to .5lbs a day. Please help.

    I'm guessing you need more calories by looking at your ticker on your profile. I think in P3, the target is 11X body weight. 1500 calories is probably not enough. Try to get more fat in your diet and increase calories and see if that helps. I was always jealous of people who lost in P3, but I know the point is to stabilize..... Hope this helps!
