OMG Why is the 2nd round so hard!?!?

I have stopped and started about 5 times in the last 6 months and now have no choice but to stick to it because I love my clothes and want them to fit better like they did 15lbs ago-ugh!

Anyone know why 2nd time is so difficult? I am on day 2 of pellets and already want to throw in the towel, however, I know that if I make it to next Tuesday, I will already feel and look lighter and will continue- words of encouragement and stories of the like are WELCOME

    I thought it was more difficult too. I posted a blog 13 days into p2 about that. Feel free to go look if you'd like... Believe in yourself though, you can do this...

    I understand, I've done the same thing. I started a few weeks ago, threw in the towel, now I am on day 1 of phase 2. I am determined. I know the days are slow, but the weeks go by fast... (I went to visit family in England this summer and I have already been back for 4 weeks, and I feel like I just got back). So the next 3 weeks will be here before we know it. Just think of it as a countdown til fall, and harvest time, pumpkins everywhere, and the smell of cinnamon candles and cooler days. What I do is I take my apple, and juice it with ginger and pour it over ice. That may be helpful?

    It may sound cliche but don't give it, because before you know it 3 weeks have passed and you will wish you stayed on protocol.
