13 lbs in three days and hungover.

I'm doing another quick round to get things back in order after Christmas. I didn't actually gain permanent weight I was just correcting more often than I would have liked. Loading I went from 118 to 128.6, p2 started on Monday, and as of this morning I weighed 115.6. I lose 2.8 last night after quite a few rum and diet cokes. The dehydration has given me a raging hangover unfortunately, and idk if the weight will stick. But my goal is 115. So I'm doubling my portions for the next week. I really don't want to go below 112, because my parents are worried about me getting too thin. But I'd be lying if I said I didn't want my thunder thighs to thin out a bit (joking, I'm a pear shape)

    HEY GIRL....nice to see you again!!!! you'll do great....no worries. Why are you doing this???? It seems you are already at your goal weight! How much have you lost since you started this in 2011???

    Hey Pr! I know I always say I'm done for good yet I keep coming back. Lol. This round isn't so much for weight loss as much as a fresh start to stabilize. Christmas eating kinda threw everything outta wack, and I was correcting every day again. Last October ish, I did a 9 day round for the same reason and I stabilized really well after out, even though my new ldw was 1lb above my last round ldw. I went up 1lb today, probably my body trying to rehydrate, or the 6 oz of 85% turkey I accidentally ate. But as of this morning I've lost about 101 ish? Only a could lbs more than what was supposed to be my absolute last round in may. I am already at goal, but when I first started in 2011, I wanted to be 110, which I realize might be too little. Then I wanted to be 115, but that last may round my body got stuck at 117, and I didn't have the will to keep going. So I guess I'm just finishing the job now.

    Wow. Congrats on your amazing achievements! From what I've read in Pounds & Inches, you must do a minimum 23 day round in order for the reset to be effective (paraphrasing). Since you are sporadically doing rounds of random days, you are not likely to experience the same benefits of metabolism reset.

    In my opinion, since you are so small and at your goal, now is the time to really focus on a consistent lifestyle change. Weight training, sensible clean eating and so forth. You have this opportunity for optimal health. Take advantage of it, sweetie.

    I probably sound like your parents! But... I was alarmed to read your post. 13 pounds in 3 days is something I've never heard of in someone as tiny as you.

    @ Rabo, I forgot a day, Its actually over 4 days, but considering I gained over 10lbs loading its to be expected. I've been doing the diet for almost 2 years and have gone through full rounds, short rounds and cycling. For me stabilizing after a 59 day round was much harder that after a 10 day round, so I stuck to cycling. Since I started this program I made a lifestyle change, but sometimes when holidays come around its hard to keep everything in check, so this is just me cleaning house. Mainly to get my body used to smaller portions and my appetite off of sweets so that I can get back on the wagon. The 3 net lbs I'll be losing is just a happy plus. :-)
