A bitter sweet moment

Yesterday after realizing that I might have an intolerance to the Fage And feeling Soo sickly full because of eating so much I was worried that I might not lose, or even worse, that I might gain! But, I actually dropped down 1.8...The problem is, that I gained 2.5 and I'm still above my 2lb range, which means another correction day for me. Unfortunately I'm up 6 hours earlier than usual and I'm already getting hungry.

    IF all else fails...go back to Ph2 foods, just increase amounts. Drink lots of tea/coffee/stevia in between, scarf down veggies (low calories).....You will make it!

    p.s. you aren't doing a steak day two days in a row are you? I've read that you need to take a break in between them....maybe just a high protein day....just a thought?

    Yea, I learned that I needed to do a high protein day so thats what I went with, hopefully all is better by tomorrow
