    Losses have really slowed the past couple days, which is normal,I really don't wanna stop before goal, but I also really don't want to go beyond 10 days.

  3. VLCD5: 12lbs Down

    As of today I have lost my load weigh plus 2 lbs which is great. Most of it, if not all is water weight though, but I'm ok with that because it's not necessarily a lot of fat that I need to lose. I haven't been this low in almost 2 months which is great, and my jeans are fitting a lot better. I'm hoping to drop another 4-5 lbs .

    Down 1.2 today, feeling good. However, I have not been able to get grapefruit in either Trader Joes or my local grocery store...it's bizarre to me and sucks because I really think they help my loses.

    So after my first couple of rounds I couldn't stand the though of less than 7% fat in my gb...it's dry, tasteless made eating a chore....and then I ventured out to 92/93% lean and still lost weight!     I can't remember the decimal because I stopped caring about them a long time ago (yo-yoing 3-4 lbs will do that to you), but I lost a good bit.   7. Well this is a first--Back again

    So I've been on the hcg train for well over a year, and I eneded what I thought was my last round ever in the middle of may. My ldw was 118..the round before that was ~124....with the round before last I battled going up and down 3-4lbs every other day and was often hovering between 126-129, i didn't want to stay there, so I went back for my "last round ever", and i'm constantly struggling to get back to 122.     Haven't posted for a while, since I've been in p4 for a few months, but I wanted to share this recipe.

    I wanted to make some almond flour waffles for desert but most of the recipes I could find called for upwards of a cup of almond flour, but almond flour is expensive, so that was a no go.     How in the freaking world could I possibly gain 4.4 lbs overnight? I was full because I went back for seconds, sure, but of chicken and cauliflower!

    By ingredient what I ate yesterday:

    Woke up, up 0.4 from my last VLCD, which puts me just 0.6 below ldw. For breakfast I had 3 eggs with 6 strips of bacon. I'm trying to keep my body alkaline so first thing this morning I took a shot of lime juice/water. I'm gonna try to keep up with eating my veggies and I've bought my probiotics, calcium, and vit c. Hopefully it helps some.
