  1. Just a few more hours!

    I cannot wait for breakfast, when I can eat real flavorful food. I haven't had meat in about 6 days, I've been eating fage for both meals and I'm ready for my standard bacon and eggs.

    Meal plan for tomorrow:

    B-fast: eggs + bacon (I'm going to try to stomach my eggs fried with CO)

    Lunch: Probably a salad w/ chicken/oysters and mayo

    Dinner: Drumsticks w/ cauliflower mash

  2. 99lb's lost and this time I'm done for good

    I was down 0.2 this morning, weighing in at 117.6, but I'm not officially counting anything below my ldw. I have 24 hours left before I can eat p3 and I am beyond ready for it to be here. I always wake up on the first p3 morning extra cheery and optimistic, because I can eat bacon! I'm really happy with where my weight is now, and how I feel I look, and now I just need it to come ...

    My apple day yielded a 1.4 loss, and that put me exactly at the ldw i wanted to keep my 2lb buffer under 120 lbs which is great. Today is my last day of drops and then tomorrow will start my 48 hours of VLCD.

    In my first round I tried crab on vlcd3, I gained 2 lbs....In one of my subsequent cycles I tried shrimp, I only lost 0.2....Yesterday I had shrimp, I gained 0.4.....I knew it before, but this is confirmation that I either don't lose well or I gain on selfish, and Idk why.     This morning I was down 0.4, which was what I weighed in at on Sunday, but it's movement nontheless. For some reason TOM decided to hit me with really bad cramps all night so I didn't actually get to sleep until 8, and had to wake up at 11:30, then finally at 1:15, so I didn't get much rest. Hopefully though things start moving from now.

    I had a gain of 0.4 this morning after I was startled awake by maintenance....Got a little less sleep than I wanted. But I went to class and hadn't drank or eaten so 2 hours later I weighed again and was down 0.2, which is a gain of 0.2 and a net lost of 0.6 over the two days with my 1.4 loss yesterday. Which still evens out perfectly for what I'm expecting. My losses for last week ...
