Gonna Get Wasafied? What's a Wasa Outline?

So, you may be embarking on a new relationship with the Queen Tweakmaster, Wasa4. How exciting! It's a fun journey for sure. Wasa likes a clear, concise outline of daily output, foods consumed, times the food was consumed and water/liquid intake, so she can easily look it over and make recommendations tailored specifically for YOU.


Here's an example of the outline style Wasa prefers:



3/9 - 192. BM in morn. 1 cup coffee. ~5.5oz filet mignon in intervals (11:30am, 2, 4 & 6pm). Apple at 6pm. 100oz water.
3/10 - 191.5. BM in morn. 1 cup coffee. 7 oz filet mignon in intervals (9am, 12pm, 3 and 5pm). 4 radishes at 5:00pm. 8 greens pills. 100oz water
3/11 190.5. BM in morn. 1 cup coffee. 7 oz filet mignon in intervals (12pm, 2pm, 4pm, 6pm). 100oz water. BM in evening. 8 greens pills
3/12 189.5. 1 cup coffee. ~ 120 gr top sirloin in intervals (11am, 12:30pm, 5pm, 6:30pm). 100oz water. 8 greens pills.
3/13 188.5. BM in morn. 1 cup coffee. 200gr ground beef w/ Franks red hot sauce in intervals (11:30, 1pm, 5pm and 6pm). 100oz water. 9 greens pills.
3/14 188.5. 1 cup coffee. 9 green pills. 100oz water. 6oz ribeye in 1 sitting at 6pm.
3/15 188.5. BM in morn. 1 cup coffee. ~4oz ribeye in 1 sitting at 6pm. 100oz water. 9 green pills.
