This entry is more for me to be able to find the data, if needed later, but a health fair this week at the office allowed me to step on Baylor's fancy machine (Tanita) to get a body composition analysis. Here are my stats:

Desirable Range
Fat %: 23-34%
Fat Mass: 29.4-50.6#

Regarding,
BMI: Body Mass Index -- A weight and height ratio -- desirable range 18.5-24.9.
Fat %: The percentage of total body weight that is fat.
Impedance: Reflects the strength and speed of a mild electrical signal sent through the body. Different types of tissue (i.e. muscle and fat) conduct the signal differently.
Fat Mass: Total weight of fat mass.
FFM: Fat Free Mass -- Your weight excluding all body fat -- it includes the weight of bone, muscle tissue and water.
TBW: Reflects the amount of water in your body. Healthy hydration for men ranges from 60%-70% and for females 50%-60% of body weight. Estimate your hydration level using this equation:
TBW/WeightX100=Estimated Hydration Level %
Fat Mass: Total acceptable weight of fat mass for the desirable range stated above.
