Better loss in P3 than last week of P2

First day of P3 and I lost .8 pounds. Not bad considering the previous 9 days on P2 I only lost a total of 1.3 and I did everything to the letter, to include an apple day, skipping some Melbas and fruits just to try and get the scale to move. I'm loving P3, I hope I can keep it up. Considering the .8 loss w/ eggs and the fact that I never had any problems w/ them on P2, I'm adding cheese today.

Also, Coco Crack is AMAZING!!!! If you don't like coconut though, you probably won't like it.
