Mmmmmm, Coconut Cream....

To be fair, that's 2 pounds in 2 days, but seems pretty dismal! However, there is one factor that I am SURE was why I didn't lose the pound I had hoped for: Coconut Cream Concentrate. OMG, I am in love with this stuff! I literally had between 1/2 and 2/3 cup of Coconut Cream, whoops! It has a similar consistency to nut butter and it is delicious! Ordered it from Tropical Traditions (LOVE LOVE LOVE this website, they have great deals every week!), and it is an awesome source of coconut oil.

So today I am going back to just plain coconut oil and made 1T of cocoa crack. Either going to do 200g of chicken or 200g of steak today at lunch, and then just strawberries for an early dinner. Think chicken might be more successful, but I am craving some steak right now!!

So my goal weight (which is a healthy weight, and I tested through muscle testing) is between 145-150, so only 24-29 pounds to go! Looks like that can be a few more days on this cycle, one more 14 day cycle, and then a 23 day to end. That should put me at my goal around September 15th. Here's hoping!
