    So things have been going pretty well lately. Finally was able to break through the 170s and have now lost almost 23 pounds!

  2. Mmmmmm, Coconut Cream....

    To be fair, that's 2 pounds in 2 days, but seems pretty dismal! However, there is one factor that I am SURE was why I didn't lose the pound I had hoped for: Coconut Cream Concentrate.     Now that's what I'm talking about! So for those of you who have done the lasering and muscle testing, this might be something to interest you. I have been seeing a NAET practioner for about 7 months and I always ask her crazy things to test my body on (Are me and my boyfriend compatible?   4. Pleasantly surprised on the scale today...

    Weight: 176.0

    Considering I cheated on Friday night, and weighed myself on Saturday morning and was 176.8 and then ate crappy all weekend, I guess my two corrective days in a row worked. Got on the scale this morning for the first time since Saturday, just praying that I was under 180 pounds. So I was very happy with the 176.0.

  5. Where has my motivation gone??

    It was not a good weekend. One of the guys in my boyfriend's unit was killed by an IED in Afghanistan on Saturday, and I pretty much went downhill from there. They've only been there 3 weeks---definitely makes it real. I ate like CRAP all weekend, and I'm on P2! Just trying to find my motivation again. I did a steak day yesterday and I'm doing a Fage day today, and then still gonna wait a day or two until I weigh in. Haven't weighed in since Saturday morning. I am worried.

  6. My body is FIGHTING this!

    Today's Weight: 173.8
    Loss from yesterday: -0.4

    Oh body, you are frustrating me. That's .8 lost in three days, frustrating! I did an all protein day yesterday and had some positive movement from the Calm supplement, and still a tiny loss. I better see a pound loss tomorrow, I swear! 6.2 lost in 7 days, but usually I'm a lot higher week 1. Hope I get back into the 160's in the next week before P3. FINGERS CROSSED!

  7. I ate an entire 9x13 pan of brownies...

    ...in my dream last night. Too bad I totally thought it happened when I woke up! I seem to have some craz over-eating, breaking my diet, dreams like 1-2x a month. Very strange! My guy was there in my dream and thought I was nuts! Mmmmm, brownies...

    Luckily, I did not eat any brownies yesterday.

  8. Small Loss, but ok!

    Today's weight: 174.2

    Loss from yesterday: -0.4

    Have to be happy, cause that's still 5.8 pounds in 5 days, without any loading weight to lose. Couple more pounds and I'll be in the 160's. Can't wait to say goodbye to the 170s! Hope I never see you again, except maybe month 8-9 of being pregnant! Even then, hopefully not.

  9. Cycle 3 in progress

    Today's Weight: 174.6

    So I am a cycler, and have done decently well so far. Did 2 weeks, lost about 13 pounds, gained 3 during my 1 week P3 (damn sour cream!). Did another cycle, lost about 10 pounds this time (boyfriend deployed, had a huge cheat and mental freak out...), went to P3 for a few days. Now I'm back for cycle 3!

    Planning on getting down to the 160's this cycle, P3 for 3-5 days, then another 2 week cycle (get into the 150's), P3 for 3-5 days, then another ...

  10. 4th of July & No Loss

    Today's Weight: 175.0

    Loss from yesterday: 0.0

    I'm giving in and making yesterday my LIW. Then start P3 on Wednesday and do 4-5 days, starting back P2 on Sunday or Monday. Pretty disappointed in yesterday. I had 1T coconut oil, 100g hamburger around 4pm and nothing else! I literally drank about 22 glasses of water, was trying to flush my system. And I did almost two hours of light cardio.
