Day nine and another .6 down

Yesterday I went out walking and enjoyed myself. For the first time I took L-Carnitine and I believe it gave me added energy for the day. I walked through two parks and kept on walking. Then I had my taxi drop me off on the main street so that I could walk into my neighborhood.

I forgot to eat my second fruit yesterday until late. I read somewhere that you are not meant to eat late so I passed. I'm not sure if that's a good thing to do or not.

What I ate yesterday:

Breakfast: Coffee with milk
Snack: Apple
Lunch: Steak w mustard, cucumber
Dinner: Chicken w mustard, cucumber

Today: -.6 lbs
Total: -7.5 lbs
