Round 2 adventures

Day ten brings my first stall

I'm the same weight I was yesterday but unlike my first P2 I've been expecting this. Also, I'm a wee bit stopped up but I was too tired yesterday to deal with it. I could barely keep my eyes open after 4pm.

The ostrich was a welcome change from chicken/steak. Today I'll shop for meat and do my weekly steak day tomorrow. The cucumber/asparagus/frozen spinach rotation is doable, so no more thoughts of spinach smoothies!

What I ate yesterday:

Breakfast: Coffee with milk
Snack: Apple
Lunch: Chicken w mustard, cucumber
Dinner: Ostrich w mustard, asparagus
Snack: Apple
