Bloated and Small Slip up

Yesterday I was having a undying need for chocolate so I tried to weigh the best options to make it go away. In a moment of weakness I bought No sugar added Bunny Tracks but I did only eat a 1/2 cup. I am feeling ungodly bloated this morning I am unsure if it was the ice cream or the sirloin hamburger patty I had. I also didn't drink enough water yesterday.

Yesterday's Menu

Breakfast Pepsi Max ( dying for caffeine) Water

Lunch: Shrimp Lettuce

Dinner: Sirloin Burger 93% Lean, 3 Broccoli Florets, 2 slices of whole orange, 1/2 teaspoon Allegro Marinade, Sharp Natural Cheddar

Snack Bunny Tracks

Total Calories: 680

Total Carbs: 51

Total Sugar: 26

Total Fat: 25
