Ugh! Cravings during TOM

I have done really well except the last two days has left me dying for CHOCOLATE! Every since I was 10 years old when I started my first period I crave chocolate for the first 2 days before and the first day of TOM.

I gave in and bought Russel Stovers Sugar Free Toffee bars and sugar free fudgesicles. I continued to lose until this morning and I am 1 lbs up. Should I do an apple day or rake it up that it is a water bloat?

I am also not as heavy as usual is this the norm?

    Okay. Here is what I suggest: chocolate stevia in mint tea.

    Or, if you want to go rogue, cocoa-delight.

    I will have to order online for either. I live in such rural community we only have canola, olive, and vegetable oil and basic stevia.
