1st I'm not sure if this is how I post a question!
I'm on drops, 6 at 6 X per day. This is day 24 for me; I have been between 186.7-183.2 since day 15! Yesterday I was at the lowest 183.2 this AM I was 184.2! AND I was eating correctly even very active the past 2 days. My goal is 25 more lbs.
HOW can I make the scales budge and stay budged! Streak Day??:

    well .. if you exercise more you'll use up water faster so will need to drink more (or your body will hold on to all it gets and your weight goes up). Otherwise check your diet for sauces, lotions/creams/soaps/etc, diet soda, sweetener, or new foods added in that time. If that doesn't work you could try excluding the fruit from the evening meal. Steak days shouldn't be needed in the vlcd (?). Good Luck

    Thanks Lady----maybe it doesn't help that I eat late--between 7-8:30 pm. then sometimes have half an apple or orange around 10PM. I find it difficult to drink al the water I should ---however, I will try to drink more and see if that helps. When do you use steak days?

    Might try eating the (evening) fruit earlier or not at all. I had to get used to drinking 3+ liters of water due the all the exercise I did in p2 ... does get easier Steak days are for the next phase when you're learning to maintain your new weight e.g. if you go +/- 2 lb from your set weight you have a steak day. (when I ate steak in p2 I generally stalled - too fatty)
