Morning Weight: 175 (down 1.4) Total 11.8 pounds

Will I lose weight the 2-3 days after I stop taking HCG but still eat VLCD?
I REALLY NEED TO KNOW SO I CAN MAKE A DECISION TODAY

Breakfast:
Orange

Lunch:
Turkey pattie
10 Cherub Tomatoes

Pre-workout:
Tuna (2oz)

Body-for-Life: Upper body workout

Post Workout:
EAS AdvantEgde Carb Control Strawberry Protein Shake

Afternoon Snack:
Tuna (5.4oz)
Spinache
Apple

3 Glasses of Scotch on Ice

Diner (The Abbey Underground):
Grilled Chicken Breast in Mushroom Sauce
Steamed Veggies

Late Night(7-11):
4 Hardboiled Eggs (3 yokes)
Myoplex Strength Vanilla Protein Shake

    I did. But i dont know if it stays off. I think you try to stabalize at the weight you are on the last day you take the hcg

    I lost two more pounds but I've been stabilizing at the weight when I last took the hcg. Would have loved to keep the other two off but whatever. I haven't cheated if that was gonna be your next question

    I am 5-10 pounds from the goal weight I would like to be. I had planned on doing 23 days but I am thinking of adding another 10 days as I averaging 0.6 per day. I figure since I had a 1.4 pounds loss I am not done losing yet.

    I did, too, Bryan, but that weight didn't stay off as much. For some it does, and gives a couple # cushioning for the 2 lb. up rule. Good luck.

    Thats what I would do. I stopped 5lbs from my goal, and gained 3 or 4 lbs from my lowest weight so i'm going to end up doing a short round and give myself some wiggle room to go into p3 with. It was really hard get that close and not make it! As far as being done loosing, they say when you are done loosing. (have no more abnormal fat or are at the weight your body likes) you will get really hungry. So untill that happens you should be good.
