Round 2, Here I Come!

The day is here to start round 2. I have actually been looking forward to this for awhile. Don't get me wrong, I LOVED P3/P4 and finally know for sure that I can control my weight long term. I just have to pay attention. I was out of town this past week with eating ALL meals in restaurants. I purchased a travel scale to bring with me and didn't gain an ounce until the day before we left - I know this was due to too much carb type foods at dinner. I felt like I had to force my body to gain weight which is unbelievable as I have always gained so easily.

I did learn though that my hunger is directly linked to sugar. We went to the "original home of the cheesecake" in New York and split a slice of blueberry cheesecake. From that point, I started craving sugar and actually started having hunger pangs... very weird. I had been sticking to more "fats" in my diet and no sugar really. So lesson learned on that one.

On to the next phase!
