Down 1.2 lbs. I'm just a pound over LDW now ! So I think I finally figured it out with the help of some comments to my previous days blog. I was not getting enought calories. After I had come off the drops I left like I needed to very slowly increase my calories to the maintence level and I was only up to about 1200 calories a day. Without the HCG in my system I guess my body thought I was starving and was holding everthing it could. Yesterday I upped it to 2000 and ate mostly protein. To my suprise I had a great loss this morning. Eating more; feeling more energy and lossing weight... you can't beat that!

    Good job! I didn't count calories in P3 but I know I ate a lot. It is was amazing to be able to eat that much and not gain. It is definitely a learning curve.
    Enjoy! I think I will live on P3 when I reach goal. I never felt deprived and I had energy and worked out almost everyday.

    Great drop. I think the high protein is key. I'm going for that option today.
