When you step on the scale you will know whether or not if you should have had the salsa with your steak..if anything it may be high in sodium which could cause you to retain water but not for long. The extra sodium may not even make a difference anyway since this program has hardly any sodium at all.

    I ate Salsa throughout my P2 with no problems - i acutally lost more while eating it. i made a chicken salad and used Salsa as the dressing
    just count your calories.

    I used salsa on P2 also, with ground meat and chicken and I didn't have a problem either. So good luck!
