VLCD 29 - 2.5 Tuna, 1 tomato, 3.5 oz steak, asparagus (forgot fruit x 2 today) (-.4)
VLCD 30- Apple, Chicken, Spinach, tilapia Cucumber, Lemon Juice (-1lb)
VLCD 31 Spinach, Cottage Cheese, Apple, Chicken, Asparagus, Lemon Juice (-.8)
VLCD 32 - Apple, Tuna, Celery, Steak, Onions, 1/2 bullion cube, braggs, 1/2 Grapefruit (-0)
VLCD 33 - 2.25 oz tuna, 8 oz chicken, 1/2 tomato, 2 cups homemade chicken stock. (-0) (this was an attempt to use extra protein to boost loss when I was not craving protein. did not work. hmmm)
VLCD 34 - 1egg/3whites, 2 Large chicken breasts, 1 Cucumber (-.0)
RD2 VLCD 35 - Egg drop soup, Peeled Apple, Steak, Asparagus (-.6)
RD2 VLCD 36 - 1/2 grapefruit, Asparagus/chicken soup, Strwbry sorbet, Shrimp/spinach soup.(-1)
RD2 VLCD 37 - Tomato & Chicken Soup, Asparagus and Talapia Baked w/sweet mustard sauce. 1/2 grapefruit. (-1.4)
RD2 VLCD 38 - 1/2 grapefruit. Tuna and Mixed salad greens w/sweet mustard sauce dressing, Chicken and cucumber noodle soup. 1 spoonful cottage cheese(oops) lol. (-.8)
RD2 VLCD 39 - shrimp and asparagus soup, Brocolli and chicken soup. Forgot both fruits. (-.0) NO MORE BROCOLLI!!
RD2 VLCD 40 - Mushy scrambled stewed tomato eggs, Salad greens and chicken in beef broth (-1)
RD2 VLCD 41 - 3 small steaks (12 oz total) munched on throughout the day, spinach x 2, 1 Apple peeled (Craving Protein) (-2)
RD2 VLCD 42 - About 12 oz of roast munched on throughout the day, Grapefruit x 2, (protein cravingawful) (-1.6)
RD2 VLCD 43 - Asparagus and Cottage Cheese, 1/2 apple, Hamburger and tomato soup in Beef Broth with miracle noodles (1/2 package)(-.4)
RD2 VLCD 44 (LDW) - chicken, Celery soup. Tangelo, Tilapia, Asparagus, 1/2 grapefruit(-1.6)
1st VLCD No Drops - Faux Honey Mustard and chicken salad wraps, Lettuce. Chicken and asparagus soup, 1/2 grapefruit x 2. (-1)

    I know if you eat below 500, you often will either show low loss or no loss.

    Every time you had tilapia you had better losses, I had it last night and this morning I was down 3.2 lbs...

    Pounds and inches says no tuna which may explain no loss at the top of your post

    I have actually been doing protocol to the T, and not quite getting 500 cals and lost 2.2.

    Becanie7 you will lose but most don't on going. If you eat under here and there, you might lose. Everyone is different. I know many lose eating under 500 but lots don't.
