P3D9...Pork SI es bueno

WOW..is all i gotta say. After yesterdays calorie& fat intake and amount of cocoa crack i thought "GAIN FOR SURE" but I am SUPER HAPPY to report , UH NOT AN OZ today. knock on wood!!!

Holding steady and I had 7.5 oz of carnitas yesterday....um that is deep fried pork people. Well I would normally stick with pork for a second day...but decided against only cause normally i wouldnt eat pork two days in a row. SOOO, i am finally trying nuts. i want to be able to eat almond butter, almond flour and almond milk...yum. But I am starting with 1oz of walnuts today.

Keepin calories and fats same as yesterday...high! we will see. Here is todays menu and stats. happy losing people.

B: Mug Muffin, 1 scram egg, coffee, lg apple
L: 5 oz chicken 2 c. salad,
7 slcucumber,1/2 celery, 1 tbsp sunflower seeds 2 tbsp Marie's Chunky Blue Cheese , 1 hardboiled egg

D: 8oz Ribeye side salad, marie yogurt dressing
D: walnuts 1oz, 1c blueberries
