So i had a wonderful menu planned yesterday and was stickng to my 1700 cal or less . Welll Im not sure what happened to me.
Even after 75 days of P2 i didnt cheat NOT even once. Well I didnt cheat yesterday, i just couldnt stop myself. I couldnt stop eating(even though all P3 foods) do you think it was like i was overstuffing on celery or broccoli....UM NO!!!! My body wanted COCOA CRACK and ALMOND BUTTER!!!!! My total calories yesterday 2018. But it was like i couldnt get enough almond butter. TOM is due any minute now, but I have NEVER considered myself to have cravings before/during my period in the past...ever. That type of behavior is scary
This time I feel very bloated...my belly hurts from it. THE DAMAGE:1 lb gain still .6 below ldw.
Well its finally time for cheese....DESPITE my Dr. recommendations. Below is today's menu. I should probably lower todays calories, considering yesterday...but want to be able to maintain at Highest calories.

B: blueberry/nut Mug Muffin, 2c coffee, scram egg
S; Nectarine
L: 2 stuffed poblanos w/ 2sl of muenster cheese
D: 6 oz lean meatballs with sf sauce, side salad with creamy italian dressing
D: ½ C raspberries, 1 nectarine
