The dreaded plateau

OKay...yo-yoing between 174 and 175. Many factors come into play here....little cheats here and there, not enough sleep, TOM, stress, etc. I'm hoping to break through to 173 by Wednesday, if not sooner. I'm at 174 now and only 14 more pounds till goal and p3. Wow...this second round is a lot tougher physically and mentally. I feel more hungry and lacking energy....

I decreased my dose from 10/3 to 9/3, but sometimes I forget to take my dose at around the same time...so that may account for the fatigue. I'll try to be more consistent. I'm also going to up my protein from 3.5 oz to 4 or 4.5. I think that will help as well.

I continue to work my way through the legal system, fighting this ugly custody battle...I know I will triumph in the end...but right now it's hard to stay positive and strong. I continue to fight...knowing that if I give up, my kids will be raised by an abusive, irresponsible alcoholic. I have to keep fighting for my kids...it's what's right, they need me. I appreciate all the prayers and support right now. Thank you so much.

    You are dealing with so much right now. I had courts issues too and did legally win. But it does take a toll. Lucky you have your boys for support.
