1 pound LOSS. :) :) :) Guess I will be sticking P2 out a little longer

I have no idea what helped yesterday, there were several factors.
1) I did ATTEMPT a protein day, but ended up throwing up lunch, had pee retention, and felt HORRIBLE. So I had fruit and applesauce and veggies and water for dinner.
2) I also had a 1 oz colby jack cheese square last night. I had a headache for the first time since starting and craved cheese.
3) I did not have coffee yesterday. I did not have melba.

My very scientific conclusion is that my body really likes fruits and veggies, which is what I've felt my whole life anyway.
So I'm going to stop worrying about how much I'm having of fruits and veggies, maybe add an applesauce and cheese in there somewhere today, and see if it affects me on the scale tomorrow.

    Oh Nurses that is awesome!!!! I am so happy you figured out what your body wants from you, that is so great! I know you were worried about taking a chance on something like dairy, but it sounds like you either don't have a problem with it or your body actually loses with it!

    I'm sorry the attempt at protein day didn't work for you, it really does go to show that every body is different . Have a great day!!

    Not the best way to lose when you're feeling so awful, but you earned it! Congrats! My body loves fruits and veggies, too. I feel lighter when I eat them and they keep me regular. I feel nauseous when I eat too much red meat, so I try to stick to chicken, fish and turkey.
