Thoughts about maintaining P4

I guess I'm still in P4. I've have made a conscious decision to avoid sugar, HFCS, and wheat for perhaps the rest of my life. Not sure if I can maintain that choice, but I am so far. I have not added much starch back into my diet either. I'm thinking of adding sweet potato and perhaps trying some brown rice soon. Basically, I'm pretty happy with vegetables, fruit, nuts, eggs and meat. I do drink whole lactose free milk and I'm planning on making some lactose free yogurt soon. I add in a small amount of cheese now and then, but feel better when I don't eat too much of it. Able to enjoy a glass of wine or two with out negative consequences. I've only had one correction day since P3. My weight has gone as high as four pounds over LDW, but I don't really get too excited about it. Think it was TOM related (which at this point in my life is pretty unpredictable anyway.) Somehow, it always seem to correct itself. Today I am one pound over LDW. I eat as much as I want and I don't worry about counting calories or fats. I'd still like to lose eight more pounds, but for now I am very content. The only negative thing that I can tell from the VLCD is hair loss. But, I have so much hair that it's not even visible to anyone other than myself!
I have not added any additional formal exercise into my routine. I still teach my yoga class once a week and do a gentle practice for myself a few times a week. I am moderately active at work each day for 2-3 hours, walking around, dragging hoses and watering plants. I've been busy on a house remodel, gutting it out, re-painting, flooring, etc. It's been lots of fun as I'm trying to mainly use repurposed materials. Now, the fun part... combining two households, and moving.
I've also been busy creating ... you can read about it here if you are interested http://www.thebeadingyogini.com/
