Well my knee surgery is tomorrow and so tomorrow morning will be the last I weigh myself for a couple days. I will continue with hcg and vlcd's but I will be increasing my protein intake... maybe eat an extra nonfat fage everyday.

As for today I weighed 126.8 and was down .6lbs, which is .2 above my last LDW. I have about 8.5lbs left to go :-)

Here's what I had yesterday:

L- 7oz nonfat Fage with 4oz of strawberries
D- 6oz of baked/roasted Perdue whole chicken, 1/8c of Uncle Ben's rice, sales with organic lettuce, broccoli, cucumber and cauliflower.
