Hello...
I think it is low cal day 23.
Day after Thanksgiving. I ate. I didn't stuff my face as in past years but I did eat what I wanted, little portions. End result the same - SO FULL! And yes, I am up 3+ lbs today. Not shocked. I knew I would pay for my sins So onto the remaining low calorie days of P2 with a goal of 10 more lbs released. I can do it!! I am going to add a little exercise too.

PS... I just figured out that my 2nd round will likely start with loading day on 2/11/11.
That is just bit over 2 wks after I finish my 3 weeks of P4. Good for me to plan ahead on these things.
I don't want to let too much time go in between. I will however leave room for a change in this plan if I think that is best since I don't know the final outcome and how I stabalize.

    Glad you enjoyed the day. I was wondering what you thought of cycling. I plan to do a complete session for R 1 including the 3 weeks each for P3 and P4. In round 2 I am thinking of trying the 2 wks on P2 and 1 Wk on P3 cycle. I would like to get as much weight off as possible as quickly and healthily as I can. Of course the last cycle will be a full one, including P4 - dont want any issues stabilizing. But the cycling is intriging to me. Maybe its a NY thing - born and bred. I find the concept of waiting longer and longer between rounds a little offputting. I am interested to hear what you think. Have a great night.

    Hey Julie,
    I will need to read up on the cycling. I have seen it but haven't paid much attention to the details. Do you think you will be doing 3 rounds? I will go poke around a bit.
    Any plans this weekend?
