It's Working - Phase 4 -Week 2

I've completed week 2 of phase 4. I am one pound up from my LDW (Last drops weight). I'm good with that! I have to be very careful about carbs... I tend to gain easily - but what's new? I've always been a yoyo! Unfortunately with age, it has only gotten worse! Once I reach goal (about 3 rounds from now!), I will always need to monitor my eating - and Steak Days will probably happen once a week forever! But once I'm at a "normal" weight... it will be worth it!
Began Jan 16th - Phase 2 -26.8
Began Mar 4 - Phase 3 - .8
Began Mar 25 - P4 – Week 1 0
P4 – Week 2 +1
Total - 25.8 (including load weight) Loss of 24.75 inches

    Great job! Probably 90% of people have very low calorie days in their week to maintain their wt. Most do it unconsciously.
